Review content:
We have used this urgent care facility twice - both times were for suspected ear infections in my toddlers at times when the regular pediatrician was closed.
Call ahead -- they do take appts for that same day and then you don't have to wait in the waiting room with a sick kid for a long time.
One time we called ahead and got an appointment for an hour later. Another time I believe we were "squeezed in" and had to wait a bit in their lobby.
In both cases we were seen by a professional and effective doctor, diagnosed, got our prescription, and were much better off than if we had waited the 2 days for the pediatrician to re-open, or had waited in the big ER with lots of sick people.
I would definitely go there again if either of my children were sick and their pediatrician was not available.
