Businiess name:  West End Bowling Lanes
Review by:  S C.
Review content:
I think this is the only bowling alley in Morristown and for good reason. It's a good lane. It would be hard to compete with. On Saturday afternoons, family fun is their main business. Things that are usually associated with bowling (heavy cigarette smoke, stale smell, obnoxious bowlers who have perhaps had a few rounds too many) aren't there on Saturday afternoons. Yeah, you might have a few smokers, but it's mostly family groups and birthday parties, etc. The lane even has those rubber gutter-covers that make it fun for even the youngest bowlers in your group. They do have a concessions area where you can grab a hot dog or some nachos. The games are very inexpensive. We take my niece and bowl several games for less than $20. Where are you going to have a fun Saturday afternoon for that. It is very popular at that time, so you may have trouble parking. I've never had to wait on a lane. You do have to contend with a few larger groups due to parties that are booked. It's never really interfered with our fun. It's good to get the kids away from the video games. I have noticed on their league board that they have a very wide arrangement of leagues for all ages if that's something more that would interest you.
