Review content:
I complained about the lousy service I received at the theatre. I emailed the company twice and sent a hard copy of my complaint twice. But guess what? I received NO response. In fact, I have yet to hear anything from them. I wanted an apology but failed to get anything from them. Becauss of their lack of regard for customer satisfaction, my mission is to spread the word and tell EVERYONE not to waste money at this establishment. I rate UltraStar Cinemas as a (-1) in terms of customer service. Stay away from this place because they are just out to get your money but refuse to deal with you. :(-
