I was very disappointed with this location and with its service. I arrived around 1135am, to get a sandwich for my mother and I. We are hearty eatters so we always get a footlong. As I watched the time ticket away, I thought about how good my sandwich was going to taste! I was getting quite excited.I watched as this subway location was short on staff and i even watched a couple stormed out. Finally it was my turn! hurray I thought, so carefully I told the lady behind the counter what I wanted, she looked up and she saw that I was anticipating for my sandwich and smiled. Finally I was at the cashier!! but there was 2 ladies that were there waiting by the cashier ever since I even walked in, so I let them go. It ended up that they ordered a deli- sandwich platter, to my surprise this location didnt even start making it yet, tho it was ordered in advance so my cashier instead of ringing me up so I can be on my way to enjoy my lunch, left to go and make the sandwiches that were ordered in advance. Finally after 15 mins of waiting she comes and asks what kind of sandwich did I order? I told her but the sandwich makers didnt mark the sandwiches so she had to open ALL the wrapped sandwiches up to tell me, " what kind of bread was on the pastrami?" I thought to myself "OMFG!! WTFFF??!!? I responded calmly cos i dont want her to do something in my food or something and i said it with a smile, then someone else comes to the cashier and says " yes i would like to get my deli-platter .." i thought "OMG not another one!!" she left the pastrami there for another 15mins and i thought to myself ok if she doesnt give me my sandwiches by 1230pm ( it was now 1225pm) i am leaving tho i am starving and so is my mother. i ended up sucking it up and waiting. the sandwich now was sittting there cold gave me no garlic spread gave me olives which i said no to.
