Herberger's is pretty much the fanciest place you can go to get clothing, housewares, accessories and the like in the greater Bismarck area. I went on the day after Thanksgiving and they had some really great sales. The prices are usually on the higher side, but they do have deals - just check the weekly circular that comes in the Tribune. The items at Herberger's are really high quality and I would recommend checking them out if you want a nice outfit for going out for the evening. It's in the Kirkwood Mall.
