This is by far the worse KFC I've ever been to. I couldn't begin to count how many times I've gone through their drive-thru, ordered 1 piece of extra crispy chicken and been told I'd have to wait 18 minutes. Once, I left, came back 18 minutes later, re-ordered, and was told the same thing AGAIN. Just this week I ordered a combo meal that was supposed to come with a wing and breast. I got home and found they had given me a wing and a thigh. Even the few times they have chicken cooked up, they seem to always get the order wrong. The staff is unprofessional. Stay away from this one! It's giving the other KFC's a bad name. The one in Glen Carbon, IL is excellent.
