Review content:
My car broke down about 2 miles from my home and I had to call AAA. They contacted this towing company to tow it home and I regret I even let them touch my vehicle! First they wouldn't drop my car off near my house; they tried to park it a half a block away. Then, as the driver was backing my car off the bed, he left the door open and bent it backwards, damaging my door to the point that he couldn't close it! As he was claiming to take care of the door at the body shop, he drove off away from the scene!! I had to call the police and file a police report. Yes! the driver fled the scene of the accident! Then after all that, even the manager was rude and unprofessional; he hung up the phone on me and claimed that my car was already damaged! Thank goodness, I got everything on my camera phone, including the driver saying he would fix my door. So I'll see them in court. To make matters worst, this all happened on christmas eve night going into christmas day!! Some christmas huh? So I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, someone needs to close that place down!
