I have been going to La Canada Video for all of my rentals since 1992. The owner of the store is kind and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you wish to reserve a particular DVD for a specific night they will take a reservation and phone you when your movie is in. If you ever experience problems with the quality of the rental, the owner will gladly credit your account. If you are unable to locate a specific movie, the staff will either do a computer search or will physically search the shelves for you. I love going to La Canada Video and will continue despite more enticing rental offers from a larger rental chain.
