As you make your way through S Main St in Phillipsburg, NJ you won't be prepared for what you are about to experience. Housed in a renovated bank building, Sugar Patisserie and Restaurant awaits you. Upon entering you feel as if you were transported to New York City or even Paris. Straight ahead in the front door are 2 beautiful glass cases housing the most impressive array of desserts and pastries I have even seen in this area. After you tear yourself away from the sweets, you will begin to notice the elegant surroundings. Tables are expertly decorated with white table cloths and vases of fresh herbs, The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food is 5 star. Unique menu offerings change with the season giving you reasons to keep coming back! Please save room for dessert...you may have a very hard time picking just one! There's always the possibility of taking one home for later! A very romantic restaurant and a great choice for a date!
