Businiess name:  Rite Aid

Review content:
Sometimes we feel that the larger or more popular a place is, the better service we will receive. I haven't found that to be the case with our local Rite Aid Pharmacy. And I am speaking only of the pharmacy section of Rite Aid. My family began having our prescriptions filled here when first arriving in the area in 2004. It was the only one we were aware of at the time and since it was close by, we felt lucky. Although we have not been treated rudely, I can't say that they have gone out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. Everyone comes across as busy and when asking questions you feel they are merely going through the motions rather than truly showing concern over your needs. I don't like to feel as if I am bothering someone when I ask questions. Especially when it has to do with my health or my families health. We have since switched pharmacies. Rite Aid might be larger and more convenient but they do not provide the customer service I am seeking.
