Since changing owners I've had nothing but poor experiences with Bavarian Autohaus. I wanted to give the new owner the benefit of the doubt and chalked the first few bad experiences up to growing pains. They do not return phone calls (four times before I finally walked in to book). Last oil change I asked them to check my brakes for squealing (had them all replaced by Bavarian Autohaus about 6 months ago) and to see why my driver door hatchback button was not working. The guy at the counter said he would put it on the order, but when I got the invoice there was no mention of this. I asked to speak to the auto tech and he was not aware of my request. They do not call you to tell you that your car is ready or what services they have done. I've had to call before close every time to make sure my car is ready. My husband also brings his car here and is equally as frustrated. The communication and customer service is atrocious. They should have much better customer service for the higher prices they charge.
