Horrendous experience. Spent over $15,000 on Hunter Douglas blinds. What they advised me to get did not block almost any light so the sun comes streaming in and wakes us up very early in the AM in Spring and Summer. When I complained, they took no responsibility for this. To make it worse, we got the runaround for many months until they finally said they would do nothing. Also had a broken shade that took 4 months to repair. Absolutely no urgency at all. Run from Rings End. Interestingly, we needed another room for blinds, so we tried 3 Day Blinds. They were amazing- fast, efficient, courteous and much lower price for basically the same thing – also Hunter Douglas blinds but private labeled. So avoid Rings End at all cost. They are just awful…….
