I took my cat there because he was gagging when purring and I wanted a diagnosis. Twice I took him there for the same thing - all they did was 1st visit rehydrate him because they said he was dehydrated and 2nd visit sent me home with subc fluids and lactulose for same reason and said he felt a little bloated. I knew there was more going on and he wasn't getting better so I asked them for a referral to U of M and took him there 1 visit and they diagnosed a mass in his throat they thought was probably cancer. I let my vet know this that I felt this was something they could have found w/o me spending hundreds more dollars (my vet had already charged me $345 for 2 visits with no viable diagnosis) and that I wanted a refund. My vet refused to give me one and now has discontinued me as a client which is fine as I was not going to go back to them anyways. They did not do their due diligence in this matter.
