Review content:
The DBT training along with Life Integration therapy has made a huge impact in my life. I've had a lot of counseling in my life, and had done Life Map work, core lies work, and mindfulness spiritual practices, but DBT has put a great deal of "meat" under those practices from a therapy point of view. And Life Integration really brought my trauma, my Life Story, and my core lies together in a way that will stick. I had done a lot of emotional work over the years, but this is the culmination of putting it all together and seeing it as the whole picture. Overall it's been excellent and I will recommend The Center to others.
