Review content:
Called the store, they looked up my account and last purchase. I wanted to duplicate it today. They said they can't take orders over the phone, connected me to the warehouse, got disconnected. I called back, got a lady that seemed to not be able to comprehend anything I was telling here, put me on hold, got disconnected again. Tried to order on line, could not remember my password. Asked for password reset, never received a request to do so by e-mail as they said I would. Tried 3 more times with no responses. Called the 1 888 number and all I heard was gibberish every time I called it. So I went to register all over again with all the same information as the first time and it created a new account. So I guess I now have 2 accounts, or when I was in the store the last time they didn't create the account correctly and I never had one. BUT, they did have my last sale. So I go to check out with my purchase and there's no place on there for the military retirees discount. So I call back to the store to ask how I can do that on line, 12:20 in the afternoon, phone rings 30 times, nobody answers. I emptied my shopping cart and I guess I need to go ahead an make a call to JR Cigars in North Carolina. Wanted to shop locally, but just wasn't meant to be.
