Review content:
When I came to the Center I was a lost cause for hope. I had no idea how I could ever get and feel better. 37 years of trauma living my entire life on a level 7 anxiety out of 10. triggered by anything that moved. elf loathing, self pity, anger, and more were my solutions to surviving in this life. Mental Heath being such a stigma for controversy. I could never image all my success, hard work, and accomplishments landing me here. Thank God There are people out there that are not ashamed to stand up for us and believe in mental health. Thank God there are people out there with the courage, and bravery to get help. For a second of a life (no matter their story) does not deserve the torture and agony caused by fear of getting help.
