5 years of my life ruined because of this attorney. When I got other lawyers, I was horrified, how everything wasn't correct. I could already have a green card, but because of this company, I lose thousands of dollars and am between heaven and earth without status. They are liars, don't believe a single word. They wouldn't tell you exactly the state of your papers, as professionals should have done. They won't even tell you exactly what is needed. You will miss the opportunity to provide important evidence you may have. I recommend that you do not trust, but study what kind of evidence you need to have in order to be accepted for EB1. So, you wouldn't be deceived by false lawyers. After all, they don’t care about you because you already paid and “Not refund” was signed. They will tell you that you have a case ready, documents are super and everything that you give without the necessary analysis will be placed into your petition, not what is required for category EB1. But what is needed is not added. She will put all your achievements in the section of exhibitions and showcases. She knows that for 10 years is not the right thing to do. She has been doing this with everyone. And everyone gets rejected at this criterium. As there should only be exhibitions of artists who exhibit their paintings - visual art only.
She imitates work, scatters your articles all over the case randomly twice, which would make the case thicker. Mistake in “Certificate of translations' '? Her attorney didn't know how to write the text correctly. Do not add the required word “Fully, complete and accurate”? All translations were denied because of the wrong text of “Certificate of translation” which she gave me. But I trusted them. Recommendations weren't even inspected. The officer probably laughed when he saw this case. You may have excellent evidence, but with lawyers like this, you will only get rejected.
Those good reviews are just luck, or you have an Oscar, a Nobel Prize or something really huge. Stay away! Study, research first
