I thought I was coming just to get rid of panic attacks and anxiety :) Turns out I had a lot of uncovered trauma that had created a framework for supression and leading to panic and anxiety. After uncovering those things and beginning a process of grief and forgiveness my goals are to manage my anxiety, to feel my feelings/emotions and love myself more- something I scoffed at when I first came. A Place of Hope is exactly what it’s name says, a place to seek healing and clarity about the things that might be holding you down. Woven with faith I have found incredible healing in my journey at the center and know that I have people to lean on and reach out to if I ever need to.
