After being a loyal customer of Bavarian Autohaus (BA) for over 30 years, I will no longer go here for they've really gone downhill. The last two times I took my car in for repairs, I had to return it both times (both more than once) for them to get each problem rectified. The third and last time was when my car broke down on I-5. It then sat for over 3 months in their yard and I didn't hear a word. When I called they said that they didn't know what was wrong with it! I finally personally towed it to a nearby garage where they found the problem in minutes and fixed it in good time. They discovered it was a broken timing belt and the idler pulley was loose. The bolt holding the pulley was not tightened by BA and that broke the belt that they had replaced less than a year earlier. Three other bolts were also left missing on the housing. They let their repair warranty run out while my car sat in their yard. I couldn't believe BA would do this. Be forewarned!
