I am shocked that this man is still in business since he feels he can treat paying customers inquiring on their order any kind of way. This man is argumentative, talks down to you, lies to you, and then tells you to come and say things to his face (mind you, I am a woman) when you try to bring up your issues. The installation of our cap was shotty at best considering it was over 0.5'' out of plum. It took two months to get the cap installed (though he told us 4-6 weeks and when we called about it, we were blown off and lied to). We are still waiting on the roof rack that was ordered in April!! At our installation in June, he called the vendor and then told us that the roof rack would be another 2 weeks. Three weeks goes by without any word from him, so we call to check the status. Not only did he proceed to backtrack and say he never gave us a two week lead time, but continued to degrade us for inquiring on our part that is paid for! I wish we seen the reviews on this company before giving this man our patronage. We would have been better off going ANYWHERE ELSE! Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle and frustration of dealing with such an angry and negative person. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TRUCK ACCESSORY NEEDS!!!!!!!
There are other cap companies to go to in the area. The way this man thinks he can talk to paying customers just blows my mind! The fact that he states that he doesn't care about negative reviews but then proceeds to attack any negative review on Google shows what kind of man he is. Watch....I'm sure he will post a condescending and argumentative response to this review shortly. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!!
