I just started going to this place now that we live in Fremont and while the vets seem competent enough prices reasonable, the front desk admin. operation is so disorganized, chaotic and flaky I will never return. I don't blame the front office as much as the management who obviously aren't adequately training and overseeing their operation. 1..Got cat neutered and was told someone would call at noon with an update on how surgery went. Received no call and when I went to pick up waited for 30 mins to be acknowledged, staff finally said they'd go in back to retrieve, never returned-- asked someone else to assist, went in back to retrieve-- came back out 15 mins later with cat and then hurried away giving no post surgery instructions, no followup apt. to remove stitches, no info. about when cone can be removed. 2. Just now we've called them 4 separate times this morning to find out cost of their sedatives since we'll be traveling with our cat. First attempt were told they only have tranquilizers, no sedatives but would check on that and call back. No return call. Called later and each time a harried recep. picked up and put me on hold for 8 plus mins with no pick up. This place is horribly managed! do not recommend!!
