Review content:
Stay away from Gold Star Appliance. Purchased, paid in full, a dishwasher and they we going to hold it for me while work was being done on the house due to the freeze and broken water pipes. When time came for delivery all of a sudden they didn’t have my dishwasher. In other words, they sold me a dishwasher, took my money, then sold it to someone else.
The owner, Todd doesn’t return messages and the sales manager might be on some kind of work release program from jail - or at least should be IMO.
So, if you want to give them your money and get nothing in return go to Gold Star. BUT if you actually want the appliance then go somewhere else.
