Writing this to hopefully help other loving pet owners and their babies. The last month has been a nightmare and they have made it very apparent that they don't care at all for my cat. On Feb 23, 2021 my sweet kitty was spayed. It costs me upwards of $640 (which is very expensive for a cat spay) and what we received was a botched job which led to my poor baby being re-sutured THREE times after the original surgery. My husband and I are very responsible pet owners, we followed all of the post op recommendations and requirements precisely and I understand that sometimes these post op complications still happen. The issue that I had the entire time was the complete and very obvious annoyance they had with me each time I had to bring my poor baby in because her sutures kept coming undone and she kept having her incision open. I never received a follow up call after any of the four surgeries to check on her. I had to pay repeatedly for a simple pain reliever and antibiotics each re-suture when in my opinion it should have been part of her post operative care. By the end of this nightmare I've paid this practice almost $800 and I have to now go to another practice (HIGHLY recommend Valley Animal Hospital) to have the sutures removed because they can't accommodate my schedule for a 5 minute suture removal after I've made 4 trips there now because of poorly done suturing. They could care less to find out how this final surgery healed for her. I must say, Dr. Brady has helped us in the past with another issue and I do very much like his bedside manner and care but unfortunately the rude, uncaring employees and the "work" done by Dr. Han has made it impossible for me to ever return and to warn everyone I can to NEVER trust this establishment to actually care about your pet. All they are concerned with is money. PLEASE stay away if you don't want to have to watch your pet undergo unnecessary pain.
