As I opened the door, a man, I presume was the owner, ran to the door and slammed it in my face. Yelling and pointing to put on a mask, and to put it on right. II was putting a mask on while opening the door, my 81 y/o mother already had hers on, properly, I might add. We went in, and immediately left. Even if he had something we wanted, we never would have spent anything with this man. As we walked to the car and he exited the building, I turned to him and stated "You didn't have to be rude." . He yelled, "THERE ARE TWO SIGNS ON THE DOOR AND SHE DIDN'T HAVE IT ON RIGHT." There is never any reason to treat someone that rudely. But in this day and age, when someone chooses to give you the opportunity to impress them with your skill/artistry, it is just moronic to treat someone that way. By the way, we spent $200 at the pottery shop we had just left. Do what you will but I would NEVER in a million years, buy anything from Brandywine Pottery.
