I've essentially given Fixaphone of Chillicothe a 7-month interest-free loan to only be given back my phone (non-working) and a USB drive without my files that I paid over $200 for. I've rearranged my schedule and wasted many trips driving into Chillicothe specifically to pick this up. I've wasted a lot of time and energy reaching out to them when they should've been communicating with me about the status of things instead of promising it would be done then leaving me hanging. I feel like I have been patient and understanding with COVID and different excuses that have been given as to why I have been so disregarded and inconvenienced but things like this can only happen so much before a person believes that they are being abused by a business they have hired to perform a service for them. Nearly every week (sometimes multiple times within a week) I’m given promises of having things ready only to be either A). put off because of some excuse; or B). ignored and all communication dropped completely until the following week. This is not professional, considerate, or honest. I would NEVER recommend Fixaphone.
