Businiess name:  Baby Huey's Moving ( Licensed And Insured)

Review content:
Do NOT let Baby Huey's quote you over the phone. They have NO idea what they are doing in that area!! ALSO READ THE FINE PRINT!! There quote in fine print does NOT promise to move your whole house although implied during the quote process. Thomas, the owner, is a condescending jerk on the phone and does NOT care about 100% Customer Satisfaction as his website claims. We were told our move would be 8 hours. The drivers arrived at 8am Friday morning and didn't leave until 430 am Saturday morning 20 HOURS. We were physically, mentally, and emotionally ill Saturday and brought this to the companies attention. If you try to complain or request a discount Thomas tells you to deal with it, that he saved you money (by having a crap quoter), and if you don't pay he will take you to court. The company cares about getting the job done and getting paid. They do NOT have well working equipment, they will claim it was a 'stolen battery' days before while there workers are required to spray instant start into the hood area to get the truck to start. The quoter will claim he can be reached whenever throughout your move, that was a lie, as soon as the move started to look longer and have issues, that guy disappeared. At 430am when they tried to collect payment they couldn't because their tablet didn't work and couldn't reach someone within the company for payment. I would try to file a claim about an umbrella that was broken, a table cross bar that was broken, or the boxes labeled 'fragile' that we found broken items in as we unpacked, but based on the two phone calls with Thomas who didn't care, we probably wouldn't get anything or he would take it from his workers. The only two things I can say well about this company is the movers that arrived moving day were as professional as they could be with crap equipment provided by the company they work for. Second they did cap the quote at the price they stated.
