Review content:
Horrible experience buying from this dealership. I'm sure they will lose exactly zero sleep over it, but after six years as a customer, I will never spend another penny there.
As with many other reviews online, my issue was with the integrity of the finance department. After a pleasant experience making a deal for a vehicle, we were working through the finance terms with Jeff Sokol, the finance manager. He quoted one rate for the loan, showed me calculations on that basis, listened to my calculations on that basis, and then without saying a word about it, entered a completely different rate into the contract. It was absolutely, 100%, my fault for taking him at his word and not noticing that he had slipped in a rate on the contract that was three times what he had quoted verbally, but the lack of honesty and integrity on his part is troubling nonetheless.
An irony is that if they had been honest or transparent about the financing terms, I would have simply bought a new car instead of a slightly used one.
Lesson learned: don't take Jeff Sokol or Arrowhead Honda at their word on anything...
