My family and I find what VIL is doing reprehensible and repugnant. We are in the middle of a crises and they respond with "oh sorry, we feel bad but we need to keep $1,900 just because. Oh and be safe." WTF!? Families are hurting, sick and dying and may of us are not able to work because our state has shut down (I'm in Washington and now can't go to work) so we're not bringing in any $. Thankfully the gov't is trying to help as well as landlords and other companies who collect but what are you doing? Taking that money and claiming you have a right to it! We worked hard to scrape together the thousands owed so our son can have this wonderful opportunity. He worked to pay for a lot of it, and my parents helped as well. Now you're keeping $1,900?!! Who's getting that money? Every where around the world venues, airlines, etc are refunding 100% because we are in a crises! And you're taking $1,900 from ea child?! You truly are thieves and you are stealing from children!! It's bad enough my son is heartbroken but to tell him you're keeping some of his money? Again for what?! I'm sure all deposits you paid out have been refunded 100%. If not show us!! If there's a lawsuit I want to be a part of it. And I want to see the full audit as well. It's our right!
