I would not advise traveling with this organization. They cancelled a Europe tour for July 2020, more than three months before the departure date, due to the travel advisories in place with the COVID-19 pandemic. However, their contract states that they would only cancel a tour because of travel advisories within 10 days of departure. They breached the contract but are adhering to the cancellation policy and withholding $1,900 of the $6,345 tour cost. We have called the company asking for an explanation, and they hung up on us. We are extremely disappointed with this company's behavior especially given the extreme situation our country and world is in with the COVID-19 pandemic.
