Do no go to Dabbs Rehab Center. If you must, be very clear about expectations before going here, and be careful about what information you share with them. When I called to make a chiropractic appointment, I was told I could come in the day of and receive care that would help alleviate my back pain, and that it would take about 30 minutes. I was told a time over the phone, and when I showed up for that time and signed in, the desk worker confirmed that I was good to go. 25 minutes later I was finally invited to talk with the chiropractor, who informed me my appointment would take well over 45 minutes, including xrays, which I was not expecting. This was after I had already received the electric stimulations, and I did not have that much time. I left, and on my way out the front desk staff told me I was good to go, I didn't need to worry about payment. A month later I received a bill in the mail. Not at all what I was expecting. On top of that, I also received a second envelope which contained my bill and another patients bill that included their personal information. This is a HIPAA violation and a huge break in my confidence in how professional this organization is. When I went in to sort this out, they said that someone would call me, they wouldn't even take the time to see me personally. The person on the phone was polite and professional, but would not remove all of my charges. Even though Dabbs Rehab Center gave me false information before I came in, did not provide the services I needed, and then showed me that they did not value my privacy, they still needed to take my money. I was very disappointed, and would highly recommend that you DO NOT give Dabbs your business.
