I am a nurse, so I am pretty particular with my medical needs. A few years ago a had a horrible dental experience (with another dental office in Rockwall) which left me very anxious when the time came to schedule an appointment. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and informative before and after my appointment. Dr. Zachary Ross was AMAZING! He and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the care in which I was receiving. They were very thorough with my exam and xrays. Due to the nature of my dental issue, I was at their office for approximately 3 hours. During this time, I never felt anxious, fearful nor did I have any hesitations about my care. They presented me with different options and even gave me their personal and medical opinions which helped me decide on a care plan. During this appointment, I needed to have a broken crown removed and replaced. This tooth was one of my front facing teeth, so it was crucial that the replacement matched my other teeth. With careful removal and precise design, Dr. Ross was able to create a crown that matched my teeth perfectly! The color, shape and feel blends in perfectly with my other teeth! I was fearful that he wouldn't be able to match the colors or shape; I was wrong! He is masterful and sees dentistry as an art! I was impressed that they were able to do all of this in just one appointment, and was grateful I didn't have to wait days to get the permanent crown placed. I will continue to use Forney Modern Dentistry for the dental needs of myself and family.
