Jeff was all that one could ask for. And quite pleasant. Ran the job well. The system works (although it has been less than 24 hours)! He was thoughtful about placement of equipment. Explained pros and cons for different alternatives. He made the installation process about as pleasant as it could be.........However......We have just noticed (as did the woman who has cleaned our home for 15+ years), that there is a lot of 'scuff marks" on our wooden floors which were not there prior to the job. We had hoped a cleaning would resolve the issue. It hasn't. Perhaps equipment/cardboard boxes were dragged along floor??? We did not mention this to Jeff
