I love Honda and had a good experience buying a new Honda Pilot in 2018, it made sense to go there when I wanted a Honda Certified Odyssey for my daughter. A week after my purchase of a 2016 Honda Odyssey the battery died ...it was never checked. I then called and spoke to the used car manager Nate. After some research he replied that it was never Certified but I bought an expensive extended warranty. I explained that I requested in front of my daughter that it be certified and I DID NOT want an extended warranty. I even spoke to the owner Andy Ebersole and he stood behind his used car salesman Bill!
