Thank you for your review; we value the opinion of all our clients. As a design and build company, we stand behind our work 100% of the time. This includes the installation of systems and materials produced by 3rd party companies, which can sometimes fail. Communication is core to our relationship with our clients, with active clients being our highest priority. We understood the written agreement in May, 2019 to have amicably resolved any issues you claimed to have had with our services for a project completed early 2017. The resolution included a generous settlement to you with which you agreed upon and received in full. We are unsure why you are now publicly misrepresenting information about Creative By Design Remodels, however we wish to extend our warmest regards and are hopeful that you will accept. As marketing director, it is my role to ensure future customers are properly educated about the exemplary craftsmanship and service we provided to you as well as to each and every one of our valued clients.
