Unfortunately, there's not an option for 0 stars. If you want to be overcharged by a rather rude person who can't be bothered that your rates keep inexplicably increasing, by all means go here. Check with your local independent agent. You'll find someone who is looking out for YOUR interests and will get you better coverage at a better rate.
