I had made my initial inquiry to Peter three years ago. I let him know my scenario and he gave me an idea of what I needed to do to purchase a home. So we started to save and made sure we had the best credit possible. Every year he followed up with me once or twice a year. A few months ago I called him and told him that we are ready to get the ball rolling. We went to our first face to face meeting and decided to purchase a multi-unit property as our first property and using an FHA backed loan.
Peter was able to get us pre-approved and even pushed our loan all the way through underwriting for full approval, this made our loan approval look that much stronger to the sellers. We got approved in March 2019, found the right investment property and closed the loan in July 2019. Peter and his Transaction coordinator Holly were exceptional from start to finish. Never were we surprised, Peter prepared us for anything that could pop up during the loan process. I never met Holly but those two make an incredible team.
For anyone looking to buy or refinance stop looking. Peter is the mortgage professional you have been looking for. You can go to a big bank name for a loan but I guarantee Peter can do things and get rates were these big name banks cannot compete. I felt Peter wanted to really work for his clients, we weren't just another number/sale. He truly cares about getting you into the right loan and setting you up for a success.
