I've been ordering arrangements from Elaine for years and have been pleasantly surprised each time with her unique and gorgeous flowers. Her arrangements are exquisite and I wouldn't think of using another florist. Every order that I've placed has been delivered promptly and her professionalism is by far a great example of a strong business owner. I highly recommend using Elaine's Florist of Chester Springs for all of you floral needs.
