I paid David Foyil a flat rate fee upfront and in full. His work was incomplete and full of mistakes. I had to tell him which forms I needed because he did not have a clue. He did not show up for court and because he had not done his job, it had to be continued. He did not show up for the second court date either. I had to print my own paperwork and file my own paperwork. He continues to bill me now when I paid the full fee up front. i complained to the BAR and I am waiting to hear back. He is worse than having no attorney at all and he will pad your bill with made up B.S. for work he did not do. He did not even put his name as attorney on my paperwork, despite the fact that he charged me. He did not want the court to know he had ripped me off, is my guess. Unethical attorney who should not be allowed to practice. I believe any positive reviews given about him, come from a PR firm to balance out the number of other complaints I have read. Google this man before you hire him and you will see what I mean.
