When I called Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling I spoke to Cassie. She was friendly and had great customer service from the moment she answered. She got me set up with an appointment quickly. Paul came to my home and not only was he friendly, but he was polite (asked about removing shoes), detail oriented and I could tell he genuinely wanted to find the root of my A/C’s problem. Unlike another company I had out prior, Paul asked for a tour of where the specifics to the A/C were located and then spent at least 15-20 minutes looking through the unit thoroughly. Not only did he find the problem, but he was honest and explained my options for repair. I was blown away by the difference in service from their competitors. Honest, quick, friendly, reliable, and overall genuinely concerned for helping my family save money and have a working unit. We highly recommend Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling and loved Paul’s service!
