We just had the Ponderosa team complete a complete replacement of our HVAC system. Not only was the price fair but the installation team was great. Their attention to detail and system knowledge gave us a feeling of confidence right from the start. Chad, Caylen, and Jake were personable and very professional. They showed up on time each day and worked straight through. Therefore our job was completed more quickly than we expected and our home was left without a blemish.
Even the sales process was good. Tim brought Chad in to evaluate the project and to ensure that he could give us an accurate quote. Very different from the competition that bid the job. Again - a feeling of confidence right from the start. So, Ponderosa Heating & Cooling gets our 5 star vote.
