Don't do it… just don't do it. The savings in the deductible isn't worth the unprofessionalism and crappy service. They kept my car for 5 weeks...during this time, they couldn't adjust the headlight assembly...they couldn't apply the self- healing protective film on the bumper..they knocked some paint off of my newly painted bumper, and how did they fix it? ...they used a paint pen. They didn't have the insurance coverage to cover them driving my car to the shops that could do some of the said work, so it didn't get done. Also, they left my car filthy inside and out.
I have never experienced worse customer service...they didn't even let me know that they only accepted cashiers checks or money orders until the day I picked my car up...unbelievable.
So, don't do it...its just not worth it.
