Review content:
I strongly believed that my my conflict with the company is an extraordinary case until I checked reviews for this company across different social platforms. My experience with the EMB Management is exactly the same as others wrote here: 1) They simply ignore the requests made by home owners 2) tell you that they are "working on the issue" without providing any ERD 3) You have to work for them to manage their people in order to get any response at all. Here is my story: 1) It took company over a YEAR to resolve an issue with leaking gutter. I strongly believe that if I would not constantly remind them of the issue they would actually never get it resolved. 2) I submitted a different ticket to them about a potentially serious issue with the building that I currently live in. It's been almost 2 months. They told me that they contacted the vendors and waiting for a response. I had to constantly contact them in order to find out that there was no progress on my case. Now they "got lost" again after almost 2 month they told me that they contacted one more vendor. I hope facts speak for themselves here. Thanks,
