I came to the Center to receive help for my depression and anxiety. I wanted to be able to feel joy once again. I was so depressed that I had lost the ability to feel joy and hope for the future. I wanted to learn ways that I could cope with my depression so that I could continue to function in life. The treatment team is excellent. I have learned skills that I can take home with me. They listened to my story and gave good feedback on ways that I could work through my depression and anxiety, and for that I am very grateful. The Center is truly is a place of healing.
