I have owned Honda’s, Acura’s, and Fords my entire life. This was my first experience with Chrysler and my first with Crystal and what a great one it was. I did my homework and this dealership had the best inventory and selections. So, I decided to go into the dealership and was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman named Joey Pezzuti. We sat and talked to go over what I wanted and my price range. He took me on a test drive and took down some information. Not even 24hrs later I was in my new Chrysler 300S, the correct color, style and model that I wanted. After going over the numbers everything made sense and by the following day I traded in my car. The managers Shane and Josh were more than willing to help me get what I wanted for the price I wanted. The paperwork was simple and fast. Also, Joey took the time to set-up my phone with the Chrysler technology, went through all the features to make sure I understood everything before I left. By far, this was the easier and best experience that I’ve had with trading in and purchasing a car.
