Been with this company for 6 years for my termite inspection needs. Never had to call for an issue. When contacting the owner about possible termite issues. I get unprofessional and antagonistic text messages from the owner. When cancelling my policy, I was told that I would not get any of my $350 back that I paid for the year. I paid this for March 2019 and cancelled in May 2019! When asking for a reason why I can't get my money back. I was told its up to the owner. The first time in 6 years that I have an issue I get terrible and unprofessional customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear!! THE ONLY REASON THEY GET 1 STAR IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A RATING!
