I had a problem with my bathroom faucets leaking water into the tub and behind the cold water faucet onto the rim of the tub and then to the floor. Marvin did a superb job of dealing with the situation by first explaining to me what was happening, why it was happening and how it could be corrected. Because the house is 70 years old, he had to find a supplier who carried replacements for older homes, after which he came back and did the installation. He also had to do some, trimming and adjusting to make things fit, and tested it all out before he left. He was highly professional but also friendly and personable. I could not have asked for a better encounter. I am glad I chose Magnolia, which did plumbing for me years ago in D.C. in the Brookland area.
