we are two-time customers and fans of legacy dee. brief story, i'll explain why. we first hired brian to renovate two bedrooms and a staircase in our home, as well as do some work in our hallways with the purpose of marking our home and selling it. he gave us an estimate. we gave him a budget and he kept within it. basically, what we paid and what it looked like we paid were two totally different things. he turned our place into what looked like a piece of art. we never dreamed the renovations could look so good! listed our house and sold it within weeks. buyers reported that they purchased it basically because of the upgrades brian did. let me say that we were able to ask about $25 k more for our home after he got in there in comparison to what agents thought we would be able to ask before he did work. that's a darn good return. fast forward. we acquire a new property. obviously, by this point, we decided he was the only company we were going to use for upgrades and renovations. had to wait about a month but he's in demand so it was worth it to us. again, we gave him a budget and what he gave us was just beyond our greatest expectations. my spouse and i were talking about legacy after using them the second time and there's a few things that we feel makes them unique. one, what you wind up with from a quality and design perspective literally looks like you spent hundreds of thousands when you really don't. its because he has the access and ability to get high-end products and he passes along the savings to you as consumers. two, reliability, knowledge, intelligence, professionalism - he blows competition out of the water. third, you aren't a number. the work is personalized and he cares about your happiness and satisfaction. we're big fans of legacy around here!
