Randy was the ultimate professional in servicing our furnace problem. He was kind, polite and efficient in his approach to fixing the problem. I admired how he diagnosed and expertly checked each part to determine why the furnace had stopped operating. Although he did not have a part (Printed Circuit Board) with him to complete the repair, he made it possible for us to have heat until the part was delivered to our residence the next day. He followed up to make sure the part had arrived and scheduled to come back the next day to complete the repair. As usual, his professionalism and customer service was outstanding to complete the repair. We have been a HomeSmart member for over 12 years and it is Service Pro's like Randy B. that makes it all worth the investment. Thank you Randy B. for your outstanding service. Andrew and Gena Cobb
