Review content:
We hired them to fix a leaky faucet. They replaced the washers and stems and told us it may not take. The drip afterwards (later that day) was worse than before and continues to be. They offered to replace everything and take off the cost of the "repair". This would have cost 3 times as much and the original was shoddy so we declined.

Depending on age and usage a faucet can be very difficult to repair. What were your expectations Barry?
