Review content:
We have had checkups done on other appliances by other companies such as one last year where the service technician was here for a surprising short amount of time. It was so "in-and-out" and without much of a written report that we wondered if it had been worthwhile. Not so with Jacob. He did a very complete checkup and testing, and then went over his detailed report with me before he left. I felt very confident about what he did and would welcome him back for a furnace check next season.
